As an active McCauley Services team member in our call center, you would be responsible for delivering quality customer care to our thousands of Arkansas customers through multiple phone lines, email and some face-to-face contact - using your clear and upbeat communication style to build trust, increase customer retention and put customers at ease. Similarly, this role provides customer service and support to our field technicians, using teamwork and communication to achieve company goals.

Our aggressive training program introduces our positive, accountable office culture, basic seasonal pest trends and behaviors, our software database for data entry and processing, basic sales training on pricing and understanding our variety of services.

Basic Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming sales inquiries
  • Capture customer details and explains company’s products and services
  • Schedule sales and service appointments
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable and prompt support for internal and external customers
  • Enter and update customer information into company data base
  • Work to improve systems and processes to make call center more effective and efficient
  • Coordinate projects and goals with other call center team members
